His program design, deployment, change management, team building, leadership and organisational development experience spans many successful corporate-wide programs and his corporate roles include Asia Pacific Manager for IT Quality & Six Sigma Plus in Honeywell, Master Black Belt in Telstra and Executive Manager in the Commonwealth Bank. George was instrumental in the development and implementation of the Commonwealth Bank’s Lean Six Sigma Program.

Ian’s line management and consulting experience includes accountability for delivering significant IT technical and business redesign programs in Australia, Europe, and Singapore. Training design and delivery has been a core component of Ian’s, commencing with the Price Waterhouse technical IT training for all new consultants in Europe, line management accountability for the Lean Six Sigma curriculum and delivery at Commonwealth Bank, and P2C’s curriculum of courses for senior leadership, executive managers, process improvement teams, and continuous improvement programs. Darrell has worked directly in industry for over 30 years and specializes in the metal finishing industry. He is a member of several industry associations and writes regularly to their technical journals. He worked with the local Gov regulator (EPA Vic) for 5 years, metal finishing supply companies for 20 years and 10 years in pigment manufacturing (Tioxide)
